Our journey into hospitality began almost by chance in 2013, when we decided to open our home to travellers from all over the world. Back then, it was just the two of us, Fabrizio and Luca, taking care of everything: from welcoming guests to looking after the spaces and cleaning. Over time, that experience turned into a true passion, inspiring us to grow and expand our small world of hospitality.
Today, we manage a carefully selected portfolio of apartments in Milan and Venice, chosen for their location, comfort, and character. Each home is thoughtfully curated to offer guests not just a place to stay, but an authentic and memorable experience.

By our side is Chiara, an invaluable collaborator who treats every apartment as if it were her own. Her dedication and attention to detail are an essential part of what makes our work special.

The Future
With the upcoming opening of the Freguglia project, joining our current properties in Milan and Venice, we feel we’ve reached the perfect size: large enough to offer variety, yet small enough to maintain the personal touch that defines us.

Brera Luxe Living | Solferino – Milano
Brera Luxe Living | Solferino is a refined 70 sqm apartment designed for two guests, located on the first floor with lift of an elegant early‑20th‑century building in the namesake district. It offers a double bedroom, spacious bathroom, living room, kitchen and a charming small balcony, just a short walk from Corso Como, Piazza Gae Aulenti and Corso Garibaldi.
Italian Stay Rentals – Porta Vittoria
In central Milan, in the Porta Vittoria area and just a short walk from the Courthouse, modern fourth-floor apartments with elevator, ideal for leisure and business stays. They can accommodate up to 8 guests in total.
Suite Falier – Venezia
Suite Falier is a romantic 65 sqm apartment in the quiet Santa Croce district, on the fourth floor of a traditional Venetian building without lift. Modern and bright, with en‑suite bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, it offers complete tranquillity and beautiful views over the city’s rooftops and bell towers. A panoramic shared terrace on the fifth floor is almost always available exclusively to guests. Perfect for two people seeking relaxation and elegance.
